I recently had the privilege in coming across your book "God's Cure For The Broken Heart" on Kelly's NOBTS campus apartment book shelf upon visiting my daughter and son in-law (Abby and Greg Wilton) in New Orleans. I was so richly blessed and cannot express how wonderful your insight and words ministered to me. What a treasure! My friend Laurie recently ordered a few more eager to have her own copy. I stand amazed at how God allows His Word (through books) to come across those paths He so desires... Thank you for your faithful writings! Paula Master <mastersbunch7@yahoo.com> |
Dear Junior Hill, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to you preach at the 2013 East Coast Men's Bible Conference at Englewood Baptist church in Rocky Mount NC. This was the 2nd time I heard you preach at the conference. Thank you so much for your passion and realness! I wish you and your family the very best! All my prayers and God Bless! Kirk Brown

What a great sermon this man preached at Freewill
Baptist Tampa. Don't know when I have heard a sermon that spoke to my
heart more. Fret NOT......will never forget this sermon nor this sweet
man of God. So glad he is still preaching for the Lord. He is definitely
acting under the annointing and prompting of the Holy Spirit. |
Junior. I was there at First Baptist Church, Hartselle the day you committed your life to serve and have followed you off and on over the years. I was married to your cousin, Billy Joe for 40 years. I am a member at Cave springs Baptist and so enjoyed your message last Sunday. I am so proud of you and the wonderful life you have led. God bless you and your family. Helen

Dear Br. Jr., Thank you so much for your faithfulness to preach the Word. God has given you a very special ability to communicate His Word through humor and sincerity, along with unmistakeable passion and love for Jesus. It is truly a joy to hear you. God has spoken through you with illustrations and stories that have impacted my life and ministry for a lifetime. I know there are countless others who share with me in saying, "Thank you for not giving up or giving in." God bless you and your family through the demands of being an evangelist and in your continued devotion and obedience in preaching and impacting lives through the power of our Risen Lord! In Christ, |
Dear bro. Hill, I met you years ago at a Bailey
Smith Conf. in Charlotte NC. and have never forgotten you. The things you
said in your messages, and the manner in which you said them have had a
definite impact on my ministry these last fifteen years. We started a new
church in our home three years ago, and have about twenty five people
attending. Pray for us as we await the Lords return and work to see souls
saved. Love you Brother. Ben
|
Brother Junior, I just wanted you to know that I found out about you because I love Johnny Hunt and watch his ministry online.. He doesn't know me from a can of beans, but he has impacted my life through his ministry. I saw your message there for Johnny's 25th Anniversary and was so deeply touched. I love preachers - and now I love you. May God continue to richly bless you and bless your ministry. I love you, Brother Junior.
|
Brother Junior, I was visiting FBC Woodstock Sunday and really enjoyed your message at Johnny's 25th anniversity. It's always a treat to hear Johnny when I visit Atlanta, but I got a surprise and WAS truly BLESSED by your GREAT message. God Bless,
|
Love Junior Hill....what a man of God ! Joy Boovy |
Brother Hill, I am so excited to hear that you are coming back
to Florida. I attend Idlewild and followed you over to First Baptist
Chruch of Plant City when you were there last. I was with my best friend
April Wright (we took a pic with you)who went forward to be saved when you
attended Idlewild and my husband Mark. My husband grew up Catholic and I
grew up Christian. I was baptized when I was 12 but saved at age of 34. We
went back to the evening service and both went forward to be saved that
night. I speak the world of you and I have HUGE plans to get every lost
person I know to come to hear you at Calvary on the 23rd. I do a lot for
these people individually with out EVER asking for anything in return.
Well now it's my time to ask for them to do this for me and when they hear
your voice, JESUS CHRIST will do the rest. Sitting at one of your sermons
IS a life changing experience, EVERYONE who hears you, they are never the
same!!!! God bless you for all your devotion to the Lord. I can't imagine
how many people will come up to you in heaven to say THANK YOU brother
Hill, beacuse of you I'm here!!!! My husband and I love you so mcuh, The
Fote's ; )
|
Bro. Junior Hill, thank you so much for being faithful to preach God's Word all these years. We so much enjoyed your message yesterday at Jerry Vines' Bible Conference in Atlanta. Wayne and Cathy Key <preacherkey@hotmail.com> |
Dr. Hill: Today at FBCJ, my daughter Grayce gave her life to Christ and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.. It is a great joy and we are abundantly thankful for you and your ministry. In the next few days I will send you a follow up letter and share a bit more with you. You have a wonderful gift of preaching The Word and thank you for choosing to use it. Godspeed,
|
Bro. Hill we are very excited for you to come to Oklahoma and preach at "Indian Falls Creek". I'm praying for your traveling grace, and the words God would put on your heart to share with us. So that someone can be saved, or renewed in their Christian walk, or just whatever the Lord leads! We are all different tribes, but I know God sees us all as one...His children. God Bless, and see you soon!
Priscilla Blackfox Arneecher <parneecher@cherokee.org> |
I was so excited when I heard that you were going to be preaching at Indian Falls Creek the week of August 1-5.I've been going to Indian Falls Creek ever since 2002 and plan on going this year as well. I've also been in their talent show that they have as well when I'm out there. So if you're not to busy the week of August 1-5 I hope you can come and see me perform but I'll let you know a couple days before if I'm going to be out there. Lee Averette <averettelee@aol.com> |
I'm looking forward hopefully to hearing you
preach at Falls Creek Baptist Assembly in Oklahoma the week of August 1-5
on one of those nights. I've been going to Falls Creek ever since 2002 and
have enjoyed every year of it and I've also been in their talent show
every year as

I thank God for your ministry and the many lives it has touched. I remember back to the days, when You, Jack Freeman and myself spent time together. I remember the challenge that you gave me at my ordination service. I remember the revivals that you preached at Robinwood and other churches that I pastured. You have been a great and faithful servant for many years. May God continue to bless you with good health and safe travel. Ron Foshee <rdf35053@aol.com> |
Was
just checking it out for East Highland Baptist in Athens, AL |
Thank you for the powerful sermon you preached at Sherwood Baptist. Your message was the highlight for me and some of the members of my church. It was the first time for some of them to hear you, and they all came away blessed. Thank you for being God's messenger, and proclaiming the truth. Bobby Joe Brown <thebrowns24@netscape.com> |
Dear Bro. Hill, Really enjoyed hearing you last night during the last night of the Georgia Baptist Convention at Sherwood Baptist. I am a member of the Sons of Jubal. I have has the opportunity to hear you a number of times. May God bless you as you preach His Word. Rev. Chuck Jonas
|
Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful words you spoke at Sherwood Baptist Church. I have been fighting so many feeling over the last year. After your sermon all I could do was fall to my knees and thank God for the blessing he has given me. Once again thank you and may God continue to bless you and the one you come in contact with. Shirley

"Wow" That's all I can say. I was fortunate and grew up in a Christian home with God fearing and loving parents. My parents have taken me to many sermons and as an
adult I have seen many pastors. As we started the service Sunday at
Abilene Baptist I thought the sermon might be one that I had heard before
and then we would go home and start the rest of the week off as always.
But, I have to say you delivered a wonderful message that really struck
our church and the guest attending. I told my wife I have seen some
preachers, but not one that actually holds hands with GOD like you do.
What a wonderful blessing you are and thank you for delivering the message
of God. |
Thank you Brother Hill for visiting our church today, I bless God for the way He used you for me today especially in the area of getting my baptism right. Thank God I did it right after your message today. Sola Afolabi |
Dr Hill thank you so much for your visit to Rhode
Island.. It was a blessing to me. When I get in a "fretful mood" I will
now go stand in a corner. Thank you for your great messages on Sunday

We really enjoyed our services Sunday at First Baptist Church Glen Este. God was really blessing us and your ministry with us. Thanks for your faithfulness to Him! Bob & Judy Williams <bobjudywilliams@aol.com> |
We have missed seeing you in Virginia. The last
time we heard you was in Roanoke at the SBCVa conference a couple of years
ago. We tried to travel to wherever you were when you came to Suffolk,
Norfolk, Newport News, etc. Hope all is well and you haven't planted
grass on the driveway again. |
Our seven year old daughter Rebekah accepted the
call of the Holy Spirit at your sermon today (9-12-2010) at Woodlawn
Baptist Church in Conover, NC. Thank you for sowing the Seed.

Brother Junior you are looking great. I thank the
Lord for you and that your knee surgery went well. Tell Carol I thank God
for her supporting you as you travel. Sincerely, Bro. John |
Dr. Hill, your visit to our church (Green Ridge Baptist) was wonderful. We could have listened all day. I just finished your book; Don't Cut Your Throat. Your struggle with weight loss sounds like the struggle we are going through. We both have type 2 diabetes due to the weight issue. Please pray for us as we start a class at church on weight. My husband really needs to lose due to several health issues. Thank you and please come again to GRBC! Kathy Morgan <KEM54@COX.NET> |
Hey There! Our family is really looking forward to your visit with us this weekend at Pleasant Garden Baptist Church! Tracey Keaton <tckonfire4jc@bellsouth.net> |
Dr Hill, I just wanted to let you know I just finished reading your autobiography and I could not put the book down. I hate to read, but read every word of this book. I am the Charlotte at Green Ridge Baptist Church. Just like the city. Pastor Mike baptized a lot of people Sunday morning from your services the week before. I am also enjoying the CDs. Hope to see you back at GRBC soon. Charlotte Ragsdale <rags5050@cox.net> |
Just wanted to say 'I appreciate you' and what you do for our Lord Jesus! Looking forwards to hearing you in Atlanta in September at FBC. One of my best friends is Rev. Wade Chappell from Pearl, MS...where I live. He tells me of times he's had with you from 'old Sonshine BC days in Leake Co, Ms!' FYI, he'll be celebrating 30 years at Grandview BC in Pearl, MS in early October! I've been at Flowood 23+ years (also attended it from '52-54 & '63-66). I'm now 62, so it's a blessing to 'pastor, in effect, a home church!' Keep preaching the Word! -- G.R. Gray, D.Min., D.D.

I have never met u
before but it seems like i had known you all my life i enjoy listening to
your sermons on tape. Delvin S Monk <dmonk_22@yahoo.com> |
Pastor Hill, My husband, Roy, and I attended the Pastor's Conference in Jacksonville this past January. You were such an inspiration to both of us! The message God had you to bring that weekend was so amazing and heart felt. Through the joyful words, and times of tears, the presence of the Holy Spirit was so real - it was an awesome experience in the Lord! The words you spoke that day keep coming back into our minds over and over. We learned so much and wanted to hear more of your sermons so we purchased several of your messages while we were there. Roy listens to them over and over as he travels with his job. Your messages are often part of our Sunday School lesson, as Roy is the teacher:) You have made such a difference in His Kingdom!!
Stay encouraged!! We are both praying for you during your surgery and
recovery. Thank you for being so obedient to His calling. God will always
give you physical strength and endurance so that you can proclaim His
love, grace and mercy to meet the spiritual needs of those He has called
you to meet. We love you dearly and will keep you and your ministry in our
prayers. Kayla and Roy |
continue working for God. The benefits are out of
this world. May God continue to Bless you. Yours in Christ. Bob |
Pastor Hill: I want to thank God for you. Your sermon at Liberty Baptist Church was so uplifting for me. I attended both services and at the first sermon, when you said about being saved then being baptitized it hit me hard, I got baptitized when I was only 9 years old. I knew who God was I knew he was powerful, I knew how to pray and to ask for things I wanted. I went to church regularly sang in the choir attend youth church. My parents instill God in us the best way they knew how and Im grateful to them for that. As I grew older I begin to experience God in a different way than I was accustomed to. When i found out that I could go to God about any and everything in pray and that He loves to hear from me and that I could Worship Him anytime, anywhere I was so astund that this was possible. So ever since I felt different about how I serve God. Now I know Im saved and I got baptized at the second sermon you preach cause I was that person who you spoke about, that God wants me to do what he told me at that first sermon. I pray and ask god to forgive me for not obeying him in the first service and I believe in my heart he has and I told him I will do what he asks. I feel like a brand new person I am going to continue to praise and worship God to obey his will for my life. Praying for you to have strength through your surgery and healing through your recovery. Thanks for your listening ears. God bless you and your family. Delilah Leonard |
I'm searching for the right words, "thank you" just doesn't seem to be enough. What a blessing I received last night at Hopewell Baptist Church Revival, Savannah, TN. I always take notes, and this morning, I'm trying to remember every word. What a word from the WORD!!! And, yes, "Bro. Brown ", I will pray for your knee surgery. See I remember, I know your name Bro Junior ! The main reason I came to their revival (I go to Riverview Baptist here in Savannah) was to hear Bro Junior Hill. I had heard you before. Bro Jerry Spencer told us what an awesome man of God you are. I will pray for you and your family and your ministry. Very Blessed and Saved by Grace, Iris Iris Shubert |
Just saw you speak in Brandon, FL and was blown away by you down to earth Gospel. Thanks for putting this in simple terms that anyone could understand. You are awesome! May God bless you beyond measure. Yolanda
|
Just wanted to let you know you touched my soul
and my heart at the Jacksonville Pastor's conference. That was my first
trip to anything like that in my life. I am a new Christian and a strong
believer and it was just an awesome experience. God Bless you and your
family.
|
Bro. Hill, Our pastor recently heard you at the Southern Baptist Convention in Arlington, TX. He was so impressed with your sermon and bought a DVD copy of it. Just tonight he shared that with us. What a blessing your words were. We hope to one day get to see you in person. May God continue to bless you as you continue to serve Him. Charles
and Tracy Smith <tracyakalollie@yahoo.com> |
Bro Jr, it has been a while since I viewed your
site and I must say...Amen and amen. Bro Jr, you just look outstanding,
rested, and full of the "Shakina Glory". May the God that saved you now
sustain you and keep you. Praise God for you and your ministry...Bro

Brother Hill thanks be to God for your ministry. We look forward with great anticipation and prayer to your upcomming bringing forth of Gods message to us at Collierville First Baptist. I pray Gods grace and blessings upon you and your family. Dennis Seaton |
Bro. Junior I just want to let you know that you
are a blessing to my wife and I. I really enjoyed your message at the
Pastor's Conference in Jacksonville, Fl this past week. I have been
feeling that the Lord maybe calling me into the ministry and would like to
know what kind of things you went through before accepting the call into
the ministry. I want to be certain of the calling before stepping out. I
have a fear of getting into it and discovering that I missed the calling.
I really have a respect for the men of God that withstood the test of time
in the ministry such as yourself and I have found that it can be difficult
to find Godly men that have been faithfully following God for a long
period of time. I would love to know the feelings that you had and the
things you went through during the time that God first began calling you
into the ministry. Thanks again
|
My 16 year old son was saved a number of years ago when you preached at
Rocks Springs Baptist Church (in the old sanctuary). I asked him yesterday
after the morning service if he enjoyed the sermon and did he pay
attention. He replied, "Yes, Mama. I listened. It's was so good. You know
anyone can understand Junior Hill!" Jordan was so correct! Your preaching
is so straight forward and so easy to understand! We love when you come to
our Rock Springs! May God continue to bless you! |
It was a blessing to hear your message last night at Dripping Springs Baptist Church. Thanks for coming and blessing my heart. Christopher Shrum

Bro. Junior, |
I just want to say what a blessing it was last Sunday to have Preacher
Hill come to Florence Baptist Temple. I remember the first time I heard
him preach there and have never forgotten that sermon; it was on peaks and
valleys in ones life and what they mean - and I have never forgotten that
because I have had many peaks and valleys in my life and each time I go
through one I think of that sermon he gave us and it has helped me through
those hard times. God Bless you Preacher!! I hope you realize how many
lives you have touched and what a wonderful "Man of God" you are! |
Thanks so much for sharing the Word at our crusade on Wednesday, August
5, 2009. What an awesome time we all had! Thank you for being a servant
of the Lord. |
Bro. Hill, you came and preached at our church tonight (New Prospect in
Haleyville) and my husband and I was telling you that you were on Youtube,
it was not Youtube it was Google Video and then type your name. Sorry for
the inconvenience. Hope to see you soon. May God truly Bless you and your
family. |
I have enjoyed your ministry for many years. Thank you for your example
of faithfulness. Please pray for me, but primarily for my wife, as I
deploy to Iraq during the first part of August. |
Glad to see you. I had not heard your name since Cottage Hill Baptist
Church in Mobile, with Bro. Fred Wolfe. Read about you in Dr. Drapers
Newsletter The Yoke. |
I first had the chance to hear Br.Jr at Fruitland Bible Inst. in 1996-7. I have been fortunate enough to hear him preach several times since. I feel blessed to listen to one of the most annointed preachers of my lifetime. I pray for him regularly. I hope he knows how much he is loved and appreciated for his walk with God and his great dedication to the Lord. Thank you for the love you have for God and people. I wish I could express how much your sermons have touched my wife and me. We are thankful to God that He has used you in such a wonderful way to preach to thousands. Love in Christ, Br. Shane Hardesty Shane and Lynn Hardesty <jamiehardesty@att.net> |
Look forward for you to come in to Hartselle on Father's Day. God

We were truly blessed with your message at Opryland Hotel in Nashville
this past weekend. God Bless you and your ministry. Thank you for being
there and we hope they will invite you again next year. The message was
very encouraging and it was our first time to have the privilege to hear
you speak. Thank you |
Bro Jr, It is indeed a great pleasure to sign your guest book. Thanks
for all your words of wisdom and may the Lord Jesus bless you & yours.
David Hanna |
Bette and I saw you speak at the Jubilee Conference in Myrtle Beach,
May 2009. We enjoyed your remarks and agree "Old people are funny and say
funny things". My wife stood in line at Wal-mart yesterday to ask the
camera technician why our new digital camera wouldn't hold a charge, he
asked- how often do you charge it, she said "charge it??".........the
camera works much better now! We take turns making each other laugh with
funny things we do. |
Thank you. |
Bro. Dr. Hill, |
Dr. Hill, I have just finished your book "Don't Cut Your Throat" and I
want to thank you for the insight and hope that are laid out in this book.
"With God all things are possible", I too have struggled all my life with
weight and I am glad to hear that you have been waging a battle that can
be won. I too have endured years of ridicule and crude remarks and I pray
that God will give me the strength to press forward on my quest to lose
weight. I have gained and lost many pounds also. Thank you again for
encouragement and humor. God is good, all the time. My husband was at the
conference in Rocky Mount last weekend and read the book and gave it to
me. I am truly blessed. Gratitude!!!! Can change an attitude!!! PTL |
So sorry that we missed you on Friday. Mud Creek choir came and sang
for the Bailey Smith Conference that evening. I hope all is well and we
miss seeing you. Hope you will be coming back to Mud Creek soon. We love
you and still pray for you daily. |
God Bless You Junior Hill for speaking at our men's conference this
year at Englewood Baptist church. We heard God loud and clear through you
and we are grateful. Keep on pressing dear brother towards the finish
line. |
Dear Dr. Hill, |
Dear Brother Junior: |
You are the best preacher ever. |
Love your preaching Bro. Hill. |
Precious Brother, It will be such a sad day for so many of us when the
Lord lets you retire. I so much admire and respect you and Carol for your
commitment to God's calling and you both certainly deserve the rest. You
are one of a kind with your wit, wisdom and humility. No one else brings
me to tears of laughter one minute and then tears of conviction and the
awe of our Great Savior the next minute. I will fervently pray for God's
strength upon you as you continue to serve Him. Hope one day to have you
preach at Hopewell Baptist in Moultrie. |
I heard you for the first time at the Men's Conference at East Memorial
Baptist Church in Prattville, Alabama. I was truly blessed by your
message. Thank you and God bless. |
GOD BLESS Jr Hill. Looking forward to you returning to FBC Bentonville
in March. Thank you for all that you do. |
Brother Hill, I really enjoyed your message at the pastors conference
in Jacksonville about humpty dumpty preachers. I think you are correct, if
we are preaching the Word and living for Jesus do not be ashamed to put
Baptist on you sign. Thanks again for you fresh insights into His Word. My
wife and I are very happy when we see you on the program somewhere. We
have been listening to you for 30 years. May God bless you. |
Really enjoyed seeing and hearing you again in Jacksonville. You are
the best, and best one to speak at Pastor's Conference. |
GOD IS SO GOOD. |
It was so great to hear you again at FBC Pastor Conference. The Humpty
Dumpty last was great. You are not a zero, but one of God's chosen heroes.
May God continue to bless you as you continue to spread the gospel. |
I just want to say every time Dr. MacBRunson tells us that Junior Hill
is coming to preach at first Baptist I get so happy I start asking
teachers and families at school if they want to come and hear the word of
God by one of the most godly men I could think of. I know that even if
they don't get saved that God would of done something in their life that
day. |
Dr. Hill, |
Hi Evangelist Hill, |
January 25th at Liberty Baptist Church was a great day in the Lord. The
Holy Spirit moved dramatically in our church today and many people made
important decisions. God bless you Pastor Hill. |
Our revival at Union Hill last night with Mr. Junior Hill was
wonderful! Our pastor said we would laugh AND cry. He was right! Thank
you, Bro. Hill. God is so good to have sent you our way. |
Good to see you tonight at Union Hill Baptist. Thanks for your
faithfulness to GOD !! |
We are having our Bible Conference at Mim's Baptist
Church and it is wonderful. Sure do miss you being here to speak. |
I have listened to two of your messages and since you only have five I only have three more to collect and digest. I look forward to that meal in the future. God bless and keep you as He uses you. Roy Butler |
Wonderful! |
I have listen to your preaching as often as I could. I do so enjoy
hearing the word of God preached by men of God like yourself and
especially My dear beloved Adrian Rogers. I first heard you at the men
conference in Rocky Mount, NC and via the Seminary at Southeastern. I just
wanted to tell you like I did Dr. Rogers before he passed THANK YOU for
being the man that God wanted you to be! thanks for stepping up to the
plate! Praise God! Praise God! |
Brother Jr, |
Brother Hill, I am a pastor that you have challenged and inspired for
about 30 years. My wife and I would rather hear you preach than just about
anyone else. Please know you are loved and prayed for by people you don't
know. Keep on telling the story , you are making a difference. |
Great website and a pretty good guy!! |
Your ministry has meant a great deal to us spiritually. We have often
attended FBC Jax for pastor's conference. Just wanted you to know that we
love you. We will be in attendance in P.C. Sunday the 5th. Know that you
will get this after the fact...but just wanted you to know what you mean
to us. |
A couple of weeks ago I saw you on TV delivering a message at
Gardendale First Baptist Church. The sermon was about Heaven's Shut Door.
I enjoyed the message very much. That happens to be a sermon I have
studied a lot in the past. I accepted the call to preach about four years
ago and have had the privilege to be able to preach a few times at our
former home church. |
Thank you for being such a dear friend to one of my former pastors,
Jack Redfearn. I was chairman of deacons at the first church he pastored.
Thank you again. May God continue to bless you. |
Brother Junior, |
Wonderful sermon at FBC JAX this morning, but they cut you off before
the end, sorry I did not get the complete sermon. |
Aug. 24, 2008 My family and I enjoyed so much your speaking at Pleasant
Garden Baptist Church this morning. My 11 year old son, Drew gave his life
to the Lord and will be Baptized in the next couple of weeks. What a
joyous day. I will never forget today. Thank you for your love of Jesus
and what you do with the gift he has given you. Praise God!! |
Brother Jr., my wife (Sinja) and I are praying daily for you and please
keep us in your prayers. |
Great preaching! |
I just read The Valley of Baca and it helped me understand more about
trouble and sorrow .I am thankful that God let you write that for us. I'm
sorry that I didn't get to hear you at Golden, Mississippi.
|
Bro. Junior & Mrs. Carole, |
Brother Junior, |
Bro. Hill.....for almost 45 years, you have been a dear friend and it
is one of life's pleasures to have known you. I wanted you to hear and
read these words while you are still on this earth. Looking forward to
that grand and glorious day when there will be no more pain and sorrows.
God Bless You, Dear Brother. |
Thanks for all you do. |
May the Lord bless you. |
Dr. Hill, My husband was saved at the evening service you preached at
FBCW on Oct. 9, 2005. I was looking over the website of FBCW recently and
saw that you would be speaking in Atlanta soon and I wanted to check out
your website. I ordered the CD message the Valley of Baca because I wanted
to hear it; I thought it might help my mother who is about to be taking
care of my dad through his second round of chemotherapy for lung cancer. I
have already encountered someone else who might benefit from hearing that
message. A woman I work with who prayed for my husband, that he would
respond to the Spirit's call in the evening service at FBCW, her son (in
his twenties) passed away yesterday. I will be giving her the CD I
purchased as soon as I see her. I've ordered another to give to my mother
and one to keep to give to the next person God sends my way. God has
blessed ME for hearing it, and I thank you so much. God bless you and your
family. |
Dear Dr. Hill, I love you; even though I don't know you. You came to my
church FBCW in Oct.9, 2005. I was lost and headed to hell and I can
remember what pastor Johnny said before he introduced you, he said, that
if he could have chosen a dad he would have chosen you. When he called you
an evangelist I didn't even know what that was. But when you started your
sermon, you had my attention. I still today can almost remember that whole
sermon. That day I got saved and have not looked back. The Lord has called
me to be a preacher 8 months after I got saved. I did not have a high
school diploma, but to make a long story short I am at the extension
center at NOBTS and just finished my first year. Brother Hill, I Thank God
that you have obeyed God and I pray that in my life. You have been a
blessing to
me and my wife's life. |
My pastor loaned a book for me to read titled, In the Shadow of His
Hands. Out of all the books that I have purchased and was given to me
after my 13 yr. olds son cross-over to heaven on August 14, 2007, that has
been the most remarkable book that I have read. I am thankful that I was
introduced to Mr. Junior Hill and I look forward to purchasing more of his
books. I hope one day, Mr. Hill, that you will be closer to Douglas, Ga.
so I may come and hear you speak. God Bless! |
I had the pleasure to hear you speak twice at my church First Baptist
Jacksonville, FL and I can never forget you. My life is blessed. |
Dear Brother Junior, |
Dr. Hill, Thank you for coming! God bless you and your family. Love In Christ, |
Bro. Hill, Just wanted to tell you what a blessing you were Tuesday
night at Parkway Baptist in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. My oldest son, Brandon
Barry, sings bass with the group that was there...The Old Paths. I brought
some ladies from my Sunday School class at Temple Baptist (Ken Trivettes'
church) to hear you and The Old Paths. They both have had some real
struggles in their lives and your message was such a blessing and an
encouragement to them and me. I wanted you to know that I appreciate you
and will be praying for you in your ministry. You blessed my socks off!
May God continue to bless you with strength, health, safety and boldness
to preach the Word. Sincerely, Regina Barry |
Received your wonderful message at FBC Jackson, MS. this
past Sunday. Didn't get to speak to you, I was in the choir. It was very
crowded in the halls afterward. I can't tell you how thought provoking and
reviving your messages were. Thank you so much. I still have tears in my
eyes. "Amazing Love How Can It Be, That Thou My God Would Die For Me". All
will be forgiven. Thanks again for your going out and giving the message. |
My pastor has told be so much about your sincere
ministry. I pray I can take some of the spirit with me, but most
importantly spread the gospel to this loss world. |
On Sunday, April 20, 2008, we had the divine opportunity to hear Dr. Hill's sermon at First Baptist Church Jackson, Mississippi. It took me back to a simpler time when I was a child and remember hearing the great sermons of that day. We were moved by Dr. Hill's message, as were, several in the congregation that gave their life to Christ. It was an honor and privilege to hear this man humbly preach the word. The message has made us stringer in our beliefs and will surely make our everyday lives more fulfilling. May God Bless You Keep You, James and Kysia Geary |
Praise GOD for the life and testimony of Junior Hill! |
What a blessing !! Was at the services @ Rock Springs in Easley, S.C. this past Sunday and it was truly something special. You could feel the presence of Jesus in the singing and the sermon Pastor Hill brought to us. Thank you Pastor Hill and God bless you and your wife. Tim |
Bless you my Brother. |
Bro. Hill, I really enjoyed your message at the Indian
Trial meeting. My heart and my mind was really touched. We have talked
there and at FBC JAX. You remind me so much of my father. He was a
Southern Baptist Minister for 55yrs before going on to be with the Lord in
05. he was a great story teller as yourself and could always keep your
interest during his sermon while preaching Gods words. |
I thank God for you. Your messages have been a blessing and an
inspiration to me. Monroe, NC : Wednesday March 19, 2008 |
Dear Bro. Hill, This past Monday I had the opportunity to hear you speak at Easthaven. My mother sings with the LC Chorale. Daddy left this world in June. They were married 64 years and 9mths. It's wonderful to see her face when she sings. I cried and attempted to sing thru The Old Rugged Cross which was his favorite song. Your message was so uplifting and the humor mingled in was wonderful. God must be so pleased with you and your ministries. Many Blessings to come ........ Janis |
Dear Bro. Hill.........How wonderful the internet! Over the years I've thought about you and finally decided to Google your name. Lo and behold, there you were! I have fond memories of the days you were the pastor of Woodland Avenue Baptist Church in Birmingham. I remember the day you left, telling us all you were answering a call to full-time evangelism. With all due respect to those who followed you there, Woodland Avenue was never the same. I'm glad to have found you. I pray for your ministry. Jeff Webb |
Thank you for coming to our "People Get Ready" conference. I was truly blessed and had some questions answered that I've been searching for a long time. It's always good to have you at Easthaven. Tucker Brady |
Eager to welcome you to FBC Bentonville 9 March. Travel safe. |
I cannot possibly describe the blessing that I have received from your sermons (live in Jacksonville, as well as the CD's in my car). Last week in Jacksonville, you shook my hand and signed two of your books. I was honored. I couldn't put either book down until I was finished. The chapter that your wife wrote in your autobiography is a lesson that I shall hold forever dear in my heart. It has brought positive change and encouragement to me as a Christian and as a wife. You both are such a blessing to me and I am sure to multitudes of others. Thank you and God Bless You both. Sharon Polk |
Brother Junior and Carole, I continue to pray for each of you, and love you in the Lord. Both of
you are always a blessing as we share our victories and sometimes let
downs. Keep up the great work and we'll see you soon. |
Bro. Junior, |
Bro. Junior. |
I just wanted to send a note and say how much I enjoyed your sermon at
Hermitage Hills Baptist very much yesterday. I recently lost my father
without knowing if he's saved. Your strength in speaking of your brother
made |
I enjoyed so much, your messages at the Bible Conference at Mims. Look |
Brother Junior, |
I really enjoyed the web site I rally love listening to the sermons posted. May God bless you and your staff. I will be visiting this web site regularly. Thank you all for what you are doing for Jesus Christ. Arnold Tackett |
Bro. Junior encourages the pastor, that is an incredible gift. Praise God for Bro. Junior! Keep preaching Jesus! Ted |
Brother Junior, just sitting here thinking of you and your family we
have been praying for you and reading your biography, I am enjoying it
very much. Hope your health is better and you have a great Christmas. Say
hello to Ms. Carole and wish her well. |
Bro. Jr., |
Dear Brother Junior, |
Brother Junior, |
I carry you in my heart and I am so proud of what you do for mankind...
you are one of my heros! |
Brother Hill, |
Pastor Hill, I have heard you many times, how you truly touched my
heart. I pray God will continue to bless you and your family. I just
finished reading The Shadow of His Hand for the second time. It is truly
carrying me through some very troubled waters. My son 46 has stage four
melanoma, my son-in-law (a Pastor)50 with a diseased heart. I ordered four
of these books to give to my children. My heart is breaking, but your book
keeps me so focused on our Precious Lord and I know He will carry us
through and the book gives me hope and joy. Where can I get Your Joy In
the Morning and God's Cure for a Broken Heart? May God Bless You Always
Sylvia |
I just listened to your sermon on iPod from Southern Seminary on the
humility of John the Baptist. It really touched my heart as I listened to
it on my way to work. God has blessed you with a wonderful gift of telling
a story and weaving in the great truths of the Bible. Keep it up for
another 40 years--to God be the Glory. |
I heard you preach yesterday, 16 September, 2007, at Rehoboth Baptist
Church, and I just wanted to let you know that God blessed me to hear your
message. My spirit and faith have been renewed, and I pray that you will
continue to spread the Word of God. Please pray for me. God bless you
and your ministry. |
Thanks for all you do for the Kingdom! |
I just wanted to say I appreciate the long-lasting ministry of Christ
through you. As a young evangelist, it's encouraging to know that
integrity should always be high priority for evangelists. I appreciate
your comments on the Page to the pastor. No manipulating, no record to
uphold. What a marvelous statement that is. Preach the Word and let Christ
do the work. God Bless You Junior Hill. |
Bro. Hill, last night at Beechwood Baptist Church in Mount Olive, AL
you blessed my heart. I believe that your message was for me and very
relevant to my life and my church right now. I'm very pleased to say that
many members of my church were there and I hope it was a wake up call.
Thank you so much for your honest and preaching. I thank God for sending
you here to us to spread his word. Thank you! |
Would like to see you in Illinois some time in the near future. Dennis Moran |
I love to hear Mr. Junior Hill and look forward to seeing and hearing
him preach at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville on the 3rd of Sept.
This is my home church and I have bought several different sermons by Mr.
Hill. Thanks for all the encouraging words that keep my faith strong. I
pray for my father and always hope to see him walk during the invitation
when he comes and visits us. I am going to ask my father to come out to
Jacksonville, I believe your style of preaching will strike a nerve with
him and the Holy Sprit will run though his body. My Father name is Aale
Hemming. Thanks again Mr. Hill |
Brother Junior, |
I can't wait to hear Bro . Junior when he comes to my church (
FRIENDSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH ) |

Bro. Junior, |
My wife and I really enjoyed your messages at the FBCIT this past
week. It was one of the best conference's we have been privileged to
attend. We are praying for Carole as she undergoes knee surgery. Hope
you two have a great 50th Anniversary. Hope Carole and you enjoy the book
LEAH. |
Bro. Junior, |
JR. YOU ARE MY HERO THANK YOU FOR WALKING WITH OUR LORD |
Dear Bro. Junior, |
I heard your sermon at First Baptist Church , Jacksonville, Fl on Feb.
4th by computer and really enjoyed it. |
Brother Junior, I've heard you on many occasions preaching the Gospel. I thank God for a servant of the Gospel who is faithful to his word and has the love of Jesus overflowing through him to others. My prayer is that God will richly bless you and sister Carol in His ministry. Richard Crumpton |
Junior Hill: What a joy it was to have you at Canaan Baptist Church on
October 16th of this year. I am about half finished with your latest book
and I don't want to put it down. I was surprised to read the beautiful
tribute you gave to my uncle Rod Feltham who served as the music director
at Woodland Avenue in West End. My mother and Rod were brother and
sister. I knew there was a connection there between you two but it had
slipped my mind that you were at Woodland Avenue Baptist Church the same
time that Rodney was. Oh how I wish you had known of his "homegoing" on
June 5th, 2005. Melba had been gone for 9 months and he was heartsick and
lonely because he had tended to her every need for over 7 years. I will
be checking your schedule and hope to attend another service when you are
in Birmingham again. Larry and I will pray for your ministry and hope to
see you again this side of Heaven. |
Dr. Hill, |
Bro. Junior, I have had the opportunity to hear you speak three times
at The Pastors conference in Jacksonville, Fla. |
Mr. Hill, |
My wife and I met Jr. Hill about 6 yrs ago and we have Loved and prayed
for Jr. ever since. My God Bless you Jr. |
Just wanted to let you know how much your ministry has blessed me
through the years. You've always had a word for me and my ministry. May
God richly bless you and your family. |
I read the book, it is great. It is so easy to love Junior Hill. Only
Heaven will tell how people are there because of his ministry. |
We were at Ridgecrest, NC Conference center during the "Glory
Conference" the last week of Oct.2006. We had been at Ridgecrest doing
some "volunteer jobs" for two weeks. We were blessed with your preaching
and happy to meet you and Carole. We bought several of your books and we
are enjoying them. We mentioned Mike & Jolene Dawson to you. I am Jolene's
aunt. (Doris Boring) We hope you will be able to continue your ministry
for many more years. GOD BLESS YOU AND CAROLE.. |
Bro. Junior; |
Pastor, I wanted to thank you for coming to Bellevue this past weekend.
My husband and I have had the honor of sitting under the teaching and
preaching one of the greatest, most sincere, humble, compassionate, wise,
spirit filled pastors of all time, Adrian Rogers, for about 7 years until
The Lord called him home last November. We love and respect our new
pastor Steve Gains and his commitment to the "old" Baptist traditions and
way of communicating God's word. But, as I sat and listened to you I
choked back tears because I was so moved by your sincere presentation of a
"simple gospel message" and the way you were a "combination" so to speak
of the best qualities we see in each of these great men of God---as a new
parent, I was so thankful, even though my children are still nursery age,
that you directed so many comments directly to the children asking them to
be saved---no one is that specific anymore. I was saved in a revival
meeting as a seven year old child so I know that children do listen to
what you say. I pray my precious ones will be saved at an early age and I
hope that your example will be followed by all pastors who hear you appeal
so earnestly to the children. As I sat there Sunday night I was
transfixed by the truths you shared and the way you humbly delivered these
truths-it was so refreshing to my soul. You made us both want to be
closer to Jesus, more a servant to others and a better example for our
children. You are a blessing and I hope you will return to Bellevue over
and over again. |
At 9 years old I asked God to come into my life and I can still
remember part of the sermon you preached that day in 1970. (Boy and a
peanut butter sandwich). You and Ray Howell could always get to me. |
I Think You Are One of The Greatest Preachers Of Our Time. |
What a testimony to your faithfulness that so many have left their
testimony by signing here. Thank you for what you have meant to me even
back in the "olden" days of my youth. I have great fondness of those times
and cherish my memories of you. Thank you, J. Paul Hendrix |
Dr. Junior, your website is first class! Not unlike the man it is all
about! Thanks for your friendship, advice, as well as some really good
sermon outlines!!! Thank you also for writing the forward to my book. |
Dear Bro. Hill: |
My pastor Roger Bevins brings your vidoes back all the time and i just
enjoy them so much you are the only pastor i have ever written to and you
wrote me back what a joy that was I bought your book in the shadow of his
hand and you signed it and i thank you so much i dont expect you to
remember as many people as you meet and preach to the important thing is
Lord Jesus let you touch my life I am ordering your bo. thankyou so much
for the work you do for our Lord and to him be all glory. |
Is it possible to get the book "GOD's Cure for a Broken Heart"? I have
the other books. |
It was my privilege to hear Junior at the recent Texas Praise Fest at
Gaylord Texas on Saturday September 2. My what a blessing. My wife and I
were so wonderfully blessed by the sermon "Passing Through Baca." So when
I found this website I found a cd of sermons with that one on it and I
have ordered it. |
Brother Hill, |
Brother Junior, I have enjoyed your messages for many years. |
You blessed us in Minden,LA again!! Thank you for reminding us that we
are "fishing" for men because Jesus told us to, not to see who catches the
"big ones"! And thank you for your humor - we all needed that especially
on a Monday! |
Dear Brother Hill, |
Bro. Junior, |
Bro. Junior Hill. I have been amazingly blessed by your ministry and
surrender to the Lord. I pray that the Lord will continually bless you
and your family in every area of your life and ministry. I hope and pray
that my life and ministry will be marked by the similar grace that has
been bestowed upon you. God Bless You! Kraig L. Pullam

Brother Junior, |
Hello there! I just wanted to say thank you for the message you gave in
the summer of 2000 at Praysmill Baptist Church titles Lilies of the
Valley. That was the morning that I truly gave my heart to Jesus. There
were several occasions that I wanted to be saved, but that was the day I
gave my body, heart and soul to the Lord for him to take control of my
life. I wanted to that you for your faithfulness in serving and
ministering Gods word because if you had not've been obedient, I might not
have surrendered my life. Thanks again. I love you, Alison Kaiser |
I grew up a pastor's kid. I am now a minister's wife, my husband is
studying to be a pastor and is currently serving as Minister of Music and
Sr. Adults. I have met MANY evangelists and well known pastors. I have
found most of them to be arrogant, unfriendly and overly confident. My
father is a sincere and humble man. I grew up thinking that all pastors
and preachers were as humble and sincere as my father. I have found them
to be few and far between. I was excited to find these traits in you
Brother Hill. Out of all of the preachers we met at Pastor's conference
in Jacksonville, you were the only personable one. Thank you for your
wonderful preaching. God has used you to lift us up when we were in the
rough times of ministry. May God continue to bless your ministry! |
Hello Brother Hill; |
My husband and I were at the Sr. Adult Conference
in Mississippi in April. Your messages blessed our hearts and was just
what we needed. We always enjoy hearing you and know that God has truly
blessed you and your ministry. We look forward to hearing you in Dallas in
September. I thank God for your faithfulness and integrity. |
May God continue to bless you Bro. Hill and may
the seeds you have planted at CrossPoint Community Church (Gadsden, AL)
continue to flourish through the anointing of our awesome pastor Bro.
Bruce Word. Praise Him! ~Trent |
Dear Bro. Jr. |
Brother Hill: I've heard you preach numerous
times at FBC-Jax and enjoyed them so much. I came to hear you &
introduced myself to you at First Baptist Middleburg, FL. I bought and
you signed your book, They Call him Junior. I am not a big reader, but I
read it in two days. May God continue to bless you in the golden years of
your ministry. |
I enjoyed your messages that you preached at
Westmeade Baptist on Monday. I was at the pastor conference. I am Lynn
Harvel's son and if you need any help in your ministry , please let me know.
I would love to go full time in the ministry. God bless you. Rev. Steven Harvel |
I just wanted to say thank you for preaching the
wonderful gospel of our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. I've heard you
preach at a number of churches and have been greatly encouraged as a young
minister. Please pray that I will remain faithful to serving the LORD in
all that I do. |
Keep up the great work of ministering. Our
prayers are with you. |
I really enjoyed your preaching, because it got
my attention and made me realize the importance of our lives and that is
to live our fullest to the Lord. Thank you alot. |
Dear Brother Junior, |
The new book sounds very good. |
I enjoyed your book "They Call Him Junior"
immensely. It is a very refreshing and interesting book to which most of
us who are preachers can relate. Thank you for being a mentor to many of
us who are called to go and tell the Good News of Jesus Christ. |
Bro Junior |
Bro. Junior, |
Br. Hill |
My Dear Bro. Junior, I had a delightful visit
with Ms. Carole by phone and shared with her how much you and the messages
you have preached through the years have been a tremendous blessing to my
life. The autobiography is also a blessing to read; read it in a day
because I did not want to put it down! God bless you as you go! Joe
Thibeau Port Hudson Baptist Church Ph. 1:3 |
So enjoyed your message at the Shocco Retreat and
your biography. My son is in the ministry at Sardis Springs east of
Athens AL. I will pass the book on to him. I know it will be a help to
him. Thanks for a life of devotion to Him. |
YOU WERE A GREAT BLESSING TO DALRAIDA BAPTIST
CHURCH.
I HONESTLY HAVE NEVER SEEN A MOVEMENT OF CHILDREN'S
HEART EVER THAT EXPERIENCED WEDNESDAY NIGHT. GOD
USED YOU ENTIRELY FOR HIS PERFECT WILL. |
Dear Brother Junior, I know that as
you travel week after week, that you sometimes get weary. I just wanted
you to know that a lot of people are praying for you. I also wanted you to
know that I am a better preacher today because of the messages you have
preached. I have sometimes wanted to throw in the towel, but I would
always be reminded of something you said and get back to work. May God
bless you and your wife. Bro Steve |
Brother Junior, |
Bro Junior, looking forward to hearing you next
weekend at Phil Waldrep's men's retreat. I thank God for you an what you
mean to me. |
Dear Rev. Hill, |
I just want to say "I love Junior Hill!' Sick em
bud! |
I love to hear you preach - the first time was at
FBC Woodstock where I used to live - every year we looked forward to the
next time we'd see you. You're one of my heroes in the faith. |
Hi Junior. I am glad to get your website
address. Price
Harris gave it to me this very day. I pray that our dear Lord will
continue to use you until we hear the shout. |
Enjoyed your new book. You are special to the
Lowerys, and our favorite preacher and evangelist. Thank you for your
friendship. |
Brother Junior. I am a pastor in a little town of
Thomson in Georgia. I have been to the Preaching Conference in
Jacksonville for the Past couple of years and have enjoyed it greatly.
You, through God's inspirational words, have truly been a blessing to me.
I am now reading your latest book and am enjoying it. My prayers for you,
your family, and your ministry are fervent. I had you sign your book for
me and I hope, if the Lord is in it, to have you come to our little
country church so my folks can get the blessings I felt when I heard God's
Words come out of your mouth, But mostly come from your heart. Thanks for
your love for us Pastors, it means more than you will ever know. Hope to
see you and speak to you again. Yours In Christ, Dr. Don Widener |
Bro Hill |
If you preached another sermon in Jacksonville,
FL at the Pastor's Conference they would just have to take me on to
heaven. I just finished 'They Call Him Junior' and it is just
Junior (translated that means GREAT). |
Dear Brother Hill; I really enjoyed hearing you
preach at Woodstock Georgia in the Real Evangelism Conference. I just
finished your new book and appreciate that you took the time to sign it
for me after the service. May God continue to bless your family and your
ministry. Thanks, Steve |
Dear Brother Junior: As a independent Baptist, I
had never heard of you until Jacksonville Conference nine years ago. I
have come every year but one, and you always bless my heart and challenge
me. Thank you for your faithfulness to God's Word, and your obvious
compassion for preachers. Can't begin to express how you have encouraged
me. God Bless you! Bro. Gary Welling |
Dear Bro. Hill, I was blessed to have been able
to attend this year's Pastor's Conference in Jacksonville this past
weekend. I want to THANK you for your faithful preaching for so many
years and your perseverance in spite of many "trying" times. You are an
inspiration to us as both pastors and Southern Baptists. Thank you for
signing your book for me and for taking the time to speak for just a
moment to an "old" country boy from the woods of Louisiana. Your warmth
and humility touched me greatly. But I also want to say THANK you for
your obedience to share the Word of God as you did this weekend. I
laughed until I cried, and cried until I had no tears from ministry pains
and conviction from God's Spirit. I NEEDED this weekend! God bless
you!! Your brother in Christ. Ron |
Thank you Bro. Junior Hill. I was at the
2006 Pastors conference this past weekend and was blessed beyond measure
to hear your sermons and to speak to you for just few moments when you
signed our book. As a young pastor in a small country church it is easy to
feel lonely in the ministry, but your sermons and what I have able to read
from your latest book "They call him Junior" have lifted my soul. thank
you for your faithfulness. |
Brother Hill, what an honor it was to hear you
preach at the Bailey Smith Conference in Wheeler Grove MS. I've only been
back home a week and I've listened to those same sermons over and over.
Thank you for taking the time to sign my bible. May God bless your efforts
and those you touch. |
Hello Pastor Hill, I met you last year at the
Bailey Smith Real Evangelism Conference at First Baptist Indian Trail,
Charlotte North Carolina. I served as your aide at your book booth. I
have enjoyed reading your books and look forward to helping out again at
this years conference. I praise God for your books and messages at these
conferences. Look forward to hearing and meeting you again at this years
conference. God Bless. |
Dear Bro. Junior- |
Brother Junior, |
Dear Brother Junior, |
Hey PawPaw I love your new website. I hope that
you stay safe during you traveling. God bless you and Grandmother. |
Dear Bro. Hill, |
I never heard of you until this morning. I found
your web site and browsed through it. I found it refreshing to see that
your attitude is one that lets the Lord provide the increase as He wills.
May God continue to bless your ministry. |
Bro. Hill, |
Dear Brother Hill, |
We are members at Florence Baptist Temple. We
always enjoy your visit to our church and community. God Bless you! Roll

Dear evangelist Jr. Hill, |
Thank you for coming to Minden, LA. You are not only a servant and foot soldier for Christ, but to me you are a modern day bible hero. There's a lot of folks here in Minden that love you! Charles Waters Minden, LA : Tuesday July 26, 2005 |
Bro. Junior, I didn't get to attend the SBC this
year, but a friend brought me a copy of the tape on the sermon you
preached on sugar or salt preachers. I was thoroughly blessed by
listening to it. Pray for us as we will be praying for you. Your Bro.
in Christ Leroy Davis |
Dear Brother
Hill |
Brother Jr., |
Brother Hill, I've always made it a point to come and hear you preach since the first time I heard you at HGBC. I'll continue to pray for you. Tim Wood |
First of all, my son was saved at a Revival that
you preached at in Tupelo, MS at Harrisburg Baptist Church back around
1992. My son is now 20 years old and is still a very devoted servant of
the Lord. I thank God to this day for using you as his messenger and
revealer of the Holy Ghost to my son. Second, I loaned out my copy of
your book, "God's Cure For A Broken Heart" and never got it back. It was
signed by you to my son Jason Vassar. Is it possible to get another copy
of this book with your signature? I will gladly pay whatever the cost
is? |
I met Junior Hill at a preaching conference in
Jacksonville Fl. He was the most encouraging person I have ever met. I
believe he helped my ministry more than any other speaker at the
conference (though they all were amazing!). |
Dr. Hill's preaching has touched many lost souls
and has encouraged many preachers. I have truly been blessed hearing Dr.
Hill preach and his preaching has impact my ministry. I have been
encouraged by his preaching to preach the Word with passion, conviction,
and encouragement. |
MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. |
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus. Wednesday May 25, 2005 |
Bro Hill, |
Brother Jr. |
Junior I enjoyed looking at your web site. I am
praying for you!! Keep on preaching the word bro!!! |
Bro. Jr., |
A great site to go with a great man!! Thank you
for being so faithful to preach the Word, and for being such a gracious
friend to me. You are the prince of preaching, the earl of encouragement,
the duke of delivery, the baron of books, and the count of counsel. I look
forward to each and every opportunity the Lord gives me to hear you
preach, or to spend a few moments in your company. Blessings upon
blessings be upon you, Carole, and your precious family. |
I am praying for you. I love to hear you preach.
Not only have I been blessed by your ministry but I am also honored to
call you FRIEND. |
Bro. Junior, |
The first time I heard you was in March of 1994
at the Evangelism Conference in Woodstock, GA. Ever since that time, I
have followed your ministry and any time you were close by (within 100
miles) I would go and see you. I like you because I sense you are for
real. I can tell that God has had His hand on you for your entire life.
Thanks for being faithful to Him and His service....I can't wait to see
you when you come to HillCrest in June... |
Dr. Hill- |
I love you brother |
Bro Hill, |
Brother Hill, |
I had the spiritual uplifting experience to hear
Junior Hill yesterday in Arnold, MO., at the Real Evangelism Bible
Conference. In a word ......... WOW! |
Bro. Junior: |
Junior, I have enjoyed your ministry, in sermons
and print, for many years. A very good friend of mine, and one I think
you know, has informed me that you are about to change the name of your
ministry to "Big Biscuit Ministries" and your pen name to Junior
"Doughboy" Hill. After seeing you on the cover of your last book dancing
in a purple tu-tu I think there may be some merit to his story. Actually
Sam Wolfe and I have been friends for some 20-25 years and I truly do
enjoy your work for the kingdom. I look forward to seeing you somewhere
down the road. You have plans to be in Dallas in August, and maybe we can
work something out whereby we can meet personally. Are you booked for '06
yet. If not, maybe we can get you out here to the Beaumont area. Let me
know if you'd like to come to this area, and I'll see if we can work out
an area wide crusade. |
Dear Brother Hill: |
Brother Junior, |
Brother Junior, |
Brother Jr, |
Bro. Jr. Lane Buckley |
We're looking forward to your visiting Aloma
Baptist! |
Brother Junior came to our church many years ago
when I was a young associate pastor. I was in the great crisis of my
life, that of the reality of salvation. Brother Junior was used in a
supernatural way in both my life and the life of Eastdale Baptist Church
of Montgomery, Alabama. I have never forgotten that experience or the man
God used to speak during that hour. This Man of God has a special place
in my heart and my memories. Brother Junior, I want you to know that I've
never gotten over being saved during that week so many years ago. I will
also never forget entering into a young couple's home where you announced:
"Brother Steve, this woman's house is not near as dirty as you told me it
would be." |
Dear Dr. Hill, |
Thanks, for blessing me every time I hear you. I
always look forward to hearing you in Jacksonville, Fl. at the bible |
I have been a member of Sunrise Baptist Church
since 1986. We have just call Bro David Addy as pastor and we would like
to have you come and speak to our church. How do I get into your 2005
calendar. |
Bro. Junior, you are truly a man of God. One of
my heroes in the faith. Keep on preaching Jesus to a lost and dying world.
We all love you in South Georgia and want you to come to the area in the
near future. |
I have had the opportunity to hear Dr. Hill on a couple occasions at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (campus revivals) and also at the Mississippi Baptist Convention this year. You have the most powerful preaching ministry I have ever experienced. I am about to pastor my first church in Farmington, Maine after six years in youth ministry. I pray that my preaching will reach people's hearts as powerful as yours do. What a mighty servant of God! I love you brother. Melvin Larson |
Junior, You have inspired me over the years by your walk with God. I love you brother and I am so grateful that I have had the honor to sit in your presence on several occasions. Thank you for your prayers, encouragement and your love. See you soon, Bob gave me a book and signed it, I look forward to getting you to sign it as well. Reed and I were in Memphis to hear Adrian, then we went to Kirby Woods that night. I told Bob that Adrian signed my book and told me to preach some of his sermons after I doctored them up.. I said, Adrian, "I have already borrowed some of your stuff." He said, "That's alright as long as you supply the gunpowder." Thank you Junior for being my friend. With love and admiration. Larry Spence Larry Spence |
I spoke with you last night at FBC Jackson. I am
the guy who walked out with you (also the one who was in Revival with
Danny Lanier). Just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed your
sermon. Each time I hear you preach my heart is touched. Thank you for
your ministry. God Bless, Alex |
I have known Junior since he held a united
Crusade in Scottsboro, AL in the early eighties. He is true to the WORD
and a blessing to all who hear him. God's continued blessing on you
Junior. James F Tisdel |
Dear Br. Hill, I am a member of East Memorial
Baptist Church in Prattville, AL. I want you to know that I am praying for
God to use you in a mighty way when you preach here on Oct. 31. God bless
you and your ministry. |
I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your
message this morning at Bellevue Baptist Church. One of your points and
illustrations particularly touched my heart. The one about the devil
telling people they are 'too young' and that mother who told her son he
was too young to be saved. Tragic. Before I married I was a junior church
teacher in an Baptist church and That was something I always had trouble
with...parents not taking their children being under conviction seriously.
One boy who was 8 gave his heart to Jesus and till this day his grandma
who he lives with...says he didn't get saved. When I KNOW that child was
under conviction, the Lord showed me. And I had another young boy who was 6
who was asking questions about Hell and going to Heaven, and I could see he
was under conviction but his Dad who is a preacher insisted that he did
NOT believe in childhood salvation and would not allow the boy to be dealt
with. I think this is really sad and I hope parents come to realize w! |
Brother Hill, I had the honor of hearing you
preach at my church, First Baptist Church of Pinson, Alabama last year. I
just found your website and wanted to drop you a note to let you know what
a blessing it was to hear one of your sermons. You preached on the
question of whether we were baptized before we knew Christ. I must tell
you that sermon is still weighing on my heart as I wait for the Lord to
speak to me about this. I did accept Christ 33 years ago when I was 11
years old. I know in my heart that if indeed I didn't do it right that God
will revele this to me. I have told a great number about you and have
recommended them to hear you when you come into their area. Take care and
may God continue to bless you, your family and your ministry. gaf |

Junior, Just want to say how much I've enjoyed the awesome messages you've preached at the conferences that I've attended and the humor you inject to lift our spirits. I truly miss the "tape of the month" . My favorite message has been the Valley of Baca , as I've used that one to encourage others as we go thru our valleys - that God will use us to help each other as we travel thru this life. Thank you so much for your insight with God. I keep you and Carole in prayer , as you both have meant so much to me over the last few years. Thank you , both, for your prayers as I went thru my valley. I praise God for your walk with Him. May God continue to bless you ! Love in Christ -- Anita Anita Rawls |
I would like to think you for being there for me back in 1997.The Valley of Baca help me to understand how to cope. May GOD bless you, and your family. Love Joe Christopher Joe M Christopher |

Our pastor, David Spray, of the First Baptist
Church of Moody, has presented you through the CD's from "Woodstock". |
Dr. Hill I have met you many times previously and each time have enjoyed the pleasure of your presence. You refresh my mundane spirit when I am with you. Through the past 47 years you have been my mentor in guiding me to know more about our shared Father. Many times I've been grieved and troubled with many concerns, and you have always been there in your quiet way to say, "Well, we will just trust the Lord to work it out." Thank you for the sweet way you've always led me and our family and pointed the way to Jesus. I love you. Carole Carole Hill |
Brother Junior: |
Bro. junior: I have just found your website. I
have found a few tapes of your messages over the years, but never knew how
to correspond with you until now. I said "messages", because they were

Just keep on PREACHING THE WORD brother, and may God bless you mightily. I

your books and a CD. I have already read "Just When I Need Him Most" and

Brother Junior, I just want to thank you for
being my friend. You are the epitomy of what it means to be a "humble
servant." From the time you and Carole came to our small seminary campus
apartment for dinner until you shared God's Word at my little church until
Jesus returns, I'll never forget your gracious spirit and your steadfast
faith. We need more Jr. Hills as role models for every pastor out there.
It's a shame there's only one of you! Love you! |

Brother Junior Hill |
I just wanted to thank you, because when I was 9
years old, you preached a revival at my home church of Walkers Chapel
Baptist Church, where the late J.W. Drummond preached, and I gave my life
to the Lord that night. It was a Thursday night and I felt the conviction,
but didn't go down, so I asked the lord on my way home that night, if he
would let me get back to church that next night I would go (Pretty Risky,
HUH). So the next night during invitation on the first verse of 'Just As I
Am', I went down and have been a better person since. |
My family and I are continually grateful for your
faithful ministry. Now that Vance Havner is in heaven, brother Junior is
our favorite evangelist. |
